Printing and filling out enrollment forms in advance is encouraged, but do not forget that all new families must schedule an orientation with the Site Director prior to their child(ren)’s start date.  Parents must bring their child(ren)’s current immunization records and a physical no more than six months old to their orientation.  Thank you
